You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation or use our services. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.3. Reservations & Payment

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment of the deposit or full amount as per the reservation requirements.

• Rates & Taxes: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates may include or exclude local taxes, service charges, or other applicable fees.

• Methods of Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method stated on our website.

1.4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: Typically begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• Check-out Time: Typically ends at 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

• Identification: Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

1.5. Occupancy & Guest Conduct

• Maximum Occupancy: Each property has a specified maximum occupancy. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

• Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Activities that disturb other guests, damage property, or violate local laws are strictly prohibited.

• No Smoking & No Illegal Substances: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The use of illegal substances is prohibited at all times.

1.6. Damage to Property

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damages or losses caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the credit card used for the booking or withheld from the security deposit (if applicable).

• Reporting Damage: Guests should report any damages or issues to the management immediately.

1.7. Changes & Cancellations by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or make changes to your reservation (e.g., due to unforeseen maintenance issues). If so, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a full refund.

1.8. Limitation of Liability

Madalsa Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your stay or use of our website. Your use of the property and participation in any activities offered is at your own risk.

1.9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where Madalsa Homes is located, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
