  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between X and Y days (e.g., 7 days) before check-in will incur a partial fee (e.g., 50% of the total booking amount).

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within Y days (e.g., 7 days) of check-in will result in no refund.

2.2. Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be labeled as Non-Refundable. If you choose such a rate, no refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation date or circumstances.

2.3. No-Shows & Early Departures

  • No-Shows: Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be given.

  • Early Departures: If you leave before your scheduled check-out date, the unused nights will not be refunded.

2.4. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer flexible cancellation options or vouchers for future stays at our discretion.

  • Medical Emergencies: If a valid medical certificate is provided, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling option based on availability.
